Bug Description
This just makes for a better experience overall. While some apps (Dexter, Empathy, Purple, etc) start centered, others (Midori, Shotwell, Postler etc) start via "SMART" placement, which is a corner of the screen of varying location. This, to me, is an annoyance and causes inconsistency. Rather than patching individual apps, compiz has a neat toggle to set all windows as starting in the center of the display, unless explicitly told otherwise by the application. This should, imo, be switched on ootb in elementaryOS.
