Bug Description
Needed, a fonction to suppress a node.
We, ZAPBSL, have an unique ID for each node (related to the MAC of the device), if a device passout or is damaged, it have to be replace with another one. The dead node should be deleted.

To do this, you should use the apNodeExtraPlugin and check the checkbox "Allow create or steal node". When you install the new device, the first time you connect, it will offer you to create a new node or steal it. To replace the old device, you must steal it, by selecting the old device. The old gateway_id will be replace by the new one and you will keep all the statistics associated with the node.
