[6.0 trunk] [account][legal reports wizard filter periods] not working properly

Bug Description

hi there!

i configured a FY with the following periods:
1. jan
...
12. december 01/12/20xx 31/12/20xx special=false
13. closing 31/12/20xx 31/12/20xx special=true

using the legal reports. acc/reporting/legal/acc/gl-tb-pl-bs
when trying to filter by periods, the report does not discriminate between period_end = 12 and period_end=13.

this is very annoying as i cannot differentiate between data with and without closing information.
FOR P&L is even worse, as everything becomes 0.

Hello Bogdan,

Thanks for your reporting. We do have such problem in all legal reports and also have several bugs with this problem in launchpad. We have confirmed such bugs, So it is duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/714427.

I am marking it as duplicate and hope you will agree with this and wait for the further process on previous bug.

It is certainly NOT a duplicate of the other bug (the two are mine),
please read beyond the subject line!

if you have "several" bugs on the subject, and you can afford to put
them on wish lists (this is what happened to 714427) i would say that
there is room for improvement! the legal reports are the main output of
an accounting system, and they are in poor condition...
