permission denied error in browse mode

Bug Description
I was in a particular directory in browse mode and I decided I didn't want that dir anymore, so I deleted it on the command line.
At that point, I was unable to use browse anymore because even trying to navigate '..' caused a dialog that informed me "permission denied." I literally had to restart Mixxx to be able to continue browsing.
This is trunk as of ~ a week ago.
