totem cuts half the image when in full screen

Binary package hint: totem

The video player cuts almost half the image when i put in complete screen in the second monitor. Tried VLC and still won't work, if the resolution of the second screen is bigger than the one in the laptop

i'm using ubuntu 10.10

here it is

you can see that the second monitor cuts half the image of the video. I believe its related to the resolution of the principal and second screens, but i have no idea of how to solve it without cloning the image so the two screens show the same but then the resolution in both screens is very bad.

Hey sara,

Hi, have you had a chance to test if this bug is still present in natty?

If it does (and if you're the original reporter), please boot into natty
and run the command:

  apport-collect <bug-number>

which will update the bug with fresh logs and tag the bug as affecting
natty. (It is best to run this right after reproducing the problem.)
