Bug Description
By its very nature, Nova components produce various related logfiles. Correlating multiple logs is a bit painful without timestamps.
The default format for log lines is already way too long, so I suggest we get rid of the long version number that shows up on every line (could be replaced by an INFO dump of the version number at startup time).
