75 % network signal is missing in dark elementary theme

Bug Description

The nm-applett normally shows the signal strength in blue, but the 75% one shows white.
I found that the file panel/48/nm-signal-75.svg is missing in the theme folder. However recreating that file doesn't fix the issue.

Is this related to Bug #666589? Also, if you recreated the file, try restarting nm-applet. Alt+F2, 'killall nm-applet' (minus quotes, of course), Alt+F2, 'nm-applet'.

On a 24px panel, the nm-applet should have white icons. I'm marking this as a duplicate of bug #666589, and setting that bug's status to confirmed.
