Bug Description
Many pcb manufacture houses require gerber and drill files in metric format. For example pcbtrain.co.uk.
Would it be possible to have the gerber files and excelon files output in metric. Either as an output option or even a compile time option. Or if this isn't possible are there any external imperial to metric converters that are compatible with PCBs gerber output.

Patch 2156903 proposes these and some more options as gerber exporter options.
