Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

Gwibber-service is constantly using 100% CPU if I have no internet connection.

It always uses way too much CPU-power for such a simple application (on startup or refresh), but if I have no internet connection (for example when I wake my laptop in the train) it just hangs at 100% use, so I have to kill the process.

Using:
Ubuntu 10.10 AMD64 (also had the problem with 32-bit build)
kernel 2.6.35-24-generic
Gwibber-service 2.32.2-0ubuntu2

laptop:
Asus K50IN-SX149C
CPU: C2D 2,2GHz
