When user chooses no file to open, file is marked as unmodified

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) start a new file
2) modify it, so it will be marked as modified
3) click 'open a file'
4) answer yes for to question concerning loosing changes to file
5) but in file-choosing dialog answer NO
6) file will remain untouched, but will be marked as not modified
What is expected: file should be still marked as modified, as we didn't save/open anything.
