feature request: add 'All Installed' category to 'Application Center'

Bug Description

For now, there is no way to see what apps installed on the system. Sure, user can switch between different categories and pay attention to the check-box on the left. But it is not convenient. So, maybe it's worth to show all installed apps in one place?
