Bug Description

Normally, before fetching an image, the host needs to check the size of the image. There is no method in Teller to get the size of an image. Although it is possible to work out the size of an image from the image metadata via Parallax client, it requires an extra connection to the Parallax connection. Ideally, a get_image_size method should be provided by the Teller API/client.

This is now completed with the recent merge into trunk. The HEAD and GET requests to the Glance API now return metadata about the image in HTTP headers. The x-image-meta-size header contains the total size in bytes of the image.
