Bug Description
HomeBank will assign the payee and the category to a transaction if, and only if, both are empty. Sometimes ( for example when all data is imported from csv ) it would be very useful to change category automatically also when payee or category is not empty. Maybe warning message box could appear to allow user cancel or confirm automatic assignment.
