Bug Description
In Ubuntu 9.10 and later offline start page is always in English, though the localized pages are present in the system. It's a bug of the page chooser script, and both the legacy one and about:home are affected by it. I've got a patch for the legacy one, but not for about:home.
In Maverick I've got the following browser data:
CodeName=Mozilla
MinorVersion=
Name=Netscape
Version=5.0 (X11; ru)
CookieEnabled=true
CPUClass=undefined
OnLine=true
Platform=Linux x86_64
