Bug Description

it would be a very useful feature if it was possible to setup automated backups (every n days), and then show a tray icon notification when it is running (so as not to shut down the computer in the middle of a backup)

better then that, suppose a user tries to shutdown the machine during the backup, before presenting him the logout dialog, it should be detected that backup is in progress and instruct him to either cancel the backup or leave the machine running.

Even better, when user tries to shutdown a dialog offers the option to "shutdown when backup is complete" (locks screen until backup is finished, then shutdown occurs) or "shutdown immediately" (backup is stopped and shutdown occurs).
