When mobile subscription expires, the user is greeted with
Subscription required

So in case user wants to remove the phone the only way to do that is through the client (which does not work due to LP:595407 for now). I believe removing the phone should be available even to the user who has his subscription expired to keep the account clean.

This is a bug, although a very low one at that.
Why would people care if the phone is still there?
