Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu
To reproduce:
* Gedit (probably gedit-plugins installed):
1. Disable all plugins and restart Gedit
2. Enable the color picker plugin -> you should get a 'Tools' menu with the color picker item.
3. Disable the color picker plugin -> the 'Tools' menu gets hidden
4. Enable the color picker plugin again -> you should see the 'Tools' menu with two color picker items.
This also happens with menus that are visible all the time (see attached clip, sorry for the mixed translation, i used the plugins color picker, bookmarks, and draw whitespace).
* Rhythmbox:
Enable, disable, enable, ... the python console plugin (this will populate the 'Tools' menu).
