cannot shutdown or restart if oOo systray quick starter is enable

Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

If openoffice 3.2.1 systray quick starter is enable (is in the indicator zone), indicator-applet-session cannot shutdown or restart the system, it only can hibernate it. Neither another applets could restart the computer. Only sudo command can.
