Bug Description

The buildout configuration has some tech-debt and can be simplified.

configglue and django-configglue are now on pypi, and other ISD branches can be downloaded/symlinked with a single config section (rather than one per branch).

This is just a development environment setup fix - the linked MP updates the readme, buildout.cfg, main.cfg and adds the dependency of django-configglue to the setup.py.
