Bug Description
There is a string telling "To install or remove software, you need to authenticate." not to display the translated one.
It appeared within "Software center" and "Software Sources".
I have checked the Launchpad Translation for the string, and it located in apt-daemon. The string was translated to Traditional Chinese on 2010-08-26, but official Maverick(10.10) still displayed the string in English.
