Bug Description
When a Midi Device is connected the preference windows width can grow bigger than the screen size is.
The preset load/save combobox has unlimited width, if you have a Midi preset with a very long name this is a problem on small screen.
Attached patch limits max.width for combobox and tweaks some tab spacing to give more room for the input table.
It also links to the wiki to provide some help in MIDI troubleshooting (like in the vinyl control preferences).
