Bug Description

Hi

Since I've upgraded qBittorrent from 2.4.0 to 2.4.5 (Windows 7 x64) I can't release files outside of the temp directory I've setted up in the preferences anymore.

Example:
I want to release "C:\releases\video.avi", and create a torrent. When I add the torrent and are setting the download path to "C:\releases\video.avi", qBittorrent is adding the torrent, but does not check and seed the file. It stays on 0% and is waiting for seeders/peers. In 2.4.0 qBT checked the file up to 100%, and was seeding it then.

Now I have to set f.e. "video.avi" to the temp directory, f.e. "C:\qbittorrent\temp\", then qBT recognizes it's already there and starts seeding.

I hope you can reproduce and understand my bad english :D

Yes, this is a regression. I have just fixed it in SVN.
