Bug Description
The control 'file_bpm' already gives the file's BPM so changing the 'bpm' control reflect the 'perceived' BPM of the player makes sense.
Currently, the UI widget in charge of displaying the BPM (WNumberBpm) adjusts the 'bpm' control's value according to the rate.
I think that Mixxx itself should adjust the 'bpm' control when the rate changes.
