Bug Description
Like we have had in the past some problems with some dependencies, it will be nice for the user to have a graphical tool for showing him, each time that he wants, what are the dependencies installed and look in Openshot. A new entry in the menu views is added. A wizard will show and will help the user to know what are the dependencies necessary obligatory and show him too the dependencies need for some additional programs (e.g Inkscape or Blender) and this is are not obligatory for working Openshot.

Dependencies problem are packager work, and problem we use to have were only concerning ubuntu
I think such a tool is not needed.
All obligatory dependencies should have been installed at the same time as openshot and optionnal dependencies such as inkscape or blender should appear in recommended packages.
