If I unmount the stick a second time it works. But it is always remounted the first time.

I'm still having this problem. So here are the ouputs of lspci and dmesg. The stick I've used this time is formatted in ext4 but it happens as well if I'm using a stick formatted in FAT32.

Okay, well I see it in the dmesg, so I'm confirming, I'll check upstream.
