This bug report is related to ubuntu 10.10 beta desktop edition.
Many Asia characters are encoded in Asian encodings, or said multi-byte encoding.
It is often not shown correctly under recovery mode.
They become wrong encoding or decoding characters, or said, Mojibake.
That is not friendly absolutely to ubuntu users.
So it will be great if you may remove the following files of Asia characters from friendly-recovery package under recovery mode.
