distribution translations front page contradicts itself for owner

Bug Description

https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/debian says it does not know where Debian is translated, but then says it recommends Squeeze? The page also shows me (the owner via ~registry) lots of there settings like permissions and administration that I think should not be visible until translations is enabled.
