Bug Description

Using latest Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.6 dev.
1. While deleting items from startup list with checked "Show comments" checkbox its state is not honored and after refreshing the list no comments are visible.
2. Permamently item deletion (with right-click "Delete") doesn't call "Remove" action afterwards. Or maybe list isn't actually refreshed. So I have to close and open UT to get item removed from the list.
3. May be it's better to add button "Delete" to the right side of the dialog. Because list right-clicking is not user-friendly in UT interface where everyting is made with buttons.

After comparing with GNOME's "Startup Applications Preferences", I think the Ubuntu Tweak's Auto Start Programs is no longer useful and needed. It is a duplicated feature.

So in the next version, I will remove it.
