Bug Description: I use a very small screen for my installation of Maverick (it's on a VM and graphics support for Maverick isn't quite there yet), so when I go to use the software center page it can't display the entire page.
OS: Ubuntu Maverick Beta
Browser: SCA Browser
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Using a small screen, in perhaps a netbook, start software center and chose something to make a purchase
2. Once the SSO login screen appears you will notice it takes some difficulty signing in, but not impossible
3. When you are brought to the screen that asks you to fill in your payment details you will not be provided with a scroll bar and it will be impossible to see all the elements on the screen
NOTE: I was able to work around this by using the 'tab' functionality and hitting enter when the appropriate button was tabbed off-screen
4. Also note the glitches in the dropdown menu that appear on the smaller screen.
Expected Result: Should be able to see the entire page regardless of the size of the screen.
Just re-targeting to the payment-service (which controls the payment screen shown in the screenshot).
