To reproduce:
* Right-click on any launcher to open its quicklist.
* Left-click anywhere inside the launcher icon and move your mouse.
* You should now be dragging the launcher around (you might trigger bug 637123).

If you drop the launcher over the launcher bar with a left-click after dragging it outside of the launcher bar and back over it, the cursor still won't be free and will move all the launchers unless another left-click follows.
While trying this I also got a mutter crash in clutter (I had to kill gdb after it showed me ~50000 frames during "bt"). Will open another bug when I've found a way to trigger it again.
