Bug Description
Once bug #634325 is implemented in SSO we should ask for the user's preferred language to be updated during our OpenID authentication, so that the rest of the purchase journey (through SSO and the payment service) is in the user's preferred language.
We'll need to receive the user's preferred language via the call that initiates the subscription.
