[i945GML] Fails to work at all with Kwin compositing in Maverick

Kubuntu 10.10 Beta live

This system works very well with kwin compositing on 10.04, but not with 10.10. Even after disabling blur, enabling compositing causes X to freeze. Upgraded to the mesa in the ~sarvatt/mesa PPA and still had the same problem.
