Since next week might have a lot of bug fixing (including pulling up some bugs from M48), I'll slot this just after, in M48. But if you run out of bug fixing, this is probably the first feature thing to go after.

Also, as we need specification on this, I think I'd like to use the whiteboard feature on Blueprints. I'm getting tired of keeping some of the state over in Sphinx. Even if the whiteboard is mega-ugly, it's better than stuff spread all over the place.
