can you attempt again? I'm trying to determine if this is a temporary failure or a permanent one.

My best guess is that it is temporary, and you had some sort of routing issue for that specific file, and if you tried again it would work.

This seems to be a transient error, so until we have more information on how to reproduce it, I'm marking it low priority.

Can this bug be reproduced while using the http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzr/bzr/bzr.urllib.keepalive branch ? The transient errors should be handled by retrying the same request one time.

As it seems to be a transient error, it should be fixed in 0.13 by the new urllib implementation
