Bug Description

Hi

Since I've updated to 2.3.0 on Windows XP x64, there's a little bug I think with watched folders.

When I download a .torrent-file to a watched folder, it doesn't get loaded. When I download another .torrent to the watched folder, the first stored .torrent get's loaded, but not the newest one. Alternativly, when the not loaded .torrent get's renamed, it get's loaded.

Example 1:
1. Download "a.torrent" to watched folder - It does not get loaded.
2. Download "b.torrent" to watched folder, and "a.torrent" get's loaded, but not "b.torrent".
3. And so on...

Example 2:
1. Store "a.torrent" to watched folder - It does not get loaded.
2. Rename "a.torrent" to "b.torrent" - it get loaded.

I hope you can reproduce it!

I have tried to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 but I couldn't.

Here is what I did:
- Added a new watched folder ("C:\scan")
- Downloaded a torrent to C:\scan folder
- The downloaded torrent instantly got loaded in qBittorrent

Oh, ok.

I played around a little and it seems this bug affects only when torrents get downloaded or saved to the watched folder through the network. When I copy a torrent file to "C:\scan" locally, it get's loaded immediately. When I store a torrent through network to "\\server\scan\" (shared "C:\scan") through network, the problem I descriped occurs.

The system/server qBittorrent is running on is XP x64, the client is Windows 7 x64.

Ok. I believe I have figured out the problem. The problem should be fixed in SVN.
Please try again v2.4.10 once it gets released (probably in the next few days).
