Bug Description

part of the content (anything that;s not the first content) jumps under the height of the sidebar blocks.
when reverting back to r36 that was fixed.

this patch will fix it. not sure what's the different between diff and bzr diff, so for your information i did it with diff

This patch fixed the reported bug however, there are many very massive changes coming through. I am removing the patch in hopes that the redesign will find a better solution. It's quite possible that I will bring this patch back but I would like to see if some other changes will improve it.

This is dealt with in r50. And it was sooo simple.
