Bug Description

when you try to set a global limit download speed to unlimited and you click Apply, it seems to me is that something wrong ... I open the dialogue global download speed again and I see that there is not unlimited, and 500 kb/s! and repeat.. and repeat ...
this is for global upload speed, too

It's just the default display value for the slider. When you set the slider to unlimited and click on "apply", you will see (f.e. in the settings), the download speed got set to unlimited.

So I'm guessing the default value displayed by the slider is wrong? Please confirm.

If so, I will look into it when I come back from vacation.

And if I'm absent-minded and always forget that I am where they found? I put the unlimited and went to engage in other cases, going back to see what was rocked to check my speed limit and I see 500 ..
In general, it would not be bad in the status bar next to the current speed display what the current speed limit (for example in parentheses)

I apologize for possible bad English

Psh > What version of qBittorrent are you using? With qBittorrent v2.3.0, I don't have any problem.
1. In Web UI, open options dialog and set global download speed to 700.
2. Click "Apply" button
3. Open the options dialog again and the displayed limit is 700 (and the checkbox is checked) [GOOD]
4. Uncheck the checkbox near the global download limit and click "Apply" button
5. Open the options dialog and the displayed limit is greyed and the checkbox is unchecked [GOOD]

egal > What exactly are you talking about? There is not slider for global speed limiting in the Web UI. Sliders are only used for per-torrent speed limiting and their initialization seems fine to me.

This is fixed in SVN. I finally understood where the issue was :)
