Bug Description

If you go to a screen such as add community, you see that the "add" button for tag adding, and the "submit" and "cancel" buttons, all have a top border, with the bottom border chopped off.

I didn't see this for the submit and cancel buttons, so I just fixed it for "add". Let me know if this pops up anywhere else

Not sure how this got marked "Fixed Released" as it is still an issue, re-opening. This is still an issue on karl.soros.org, at least on the Edit File Add Community.

Chrissy, is it possible that you committed this on your branch, after it was merged to trunk? We should be using the trunk now for any rounded corners work.

Also, the Delete Resource (Delete Folder, Delete File, etc.) screen has an odd behavior under IE8 (didn't try under IE7, might be true there as well.) Clicking the Ok button on the confirmation screen causes the button, after clicking, to become around 1000px wide.

the fix I had put in before apparently did not apply to all edit pages. I have edited the CSS to fix this. I also put in a fix for the expanding OK button.

So here are the places to check:
 * in a community, click wiki, then edit. The Add button for tags should look normal
 * in a community, click files, and click on a specific file. Click Delete, then OK, and make sure the OK button doesn't blow up.
 * also do a general check around the site using IE8, to make sure all the buttons look good.
