Volume Control Applet: IndexError: list index out of range

Could you provide a clear explanation of how and when the bug occurred?

Hi!

Sorry and excuse me please , I had a mistake when I was sending the
report, I lost this information and I can't explain clearly what
happened with the Volume Control Applet. I quit the applet and I had no
problems today. The next time, if I have the same trouble again, I would
take care to send you the right information.
Excuse me again and thanks for your time and your work in benefit of the
free software community.
