Bug Description
I have a need for a timer that will not notify me that it has ended.
I want to have to look at it to find out it has reached zero.
For this i need to be able to turn off the blinking, as well as the popup notification.
See the related question for more information.

Hello Kenny,
it seems that the new custom command does not work at all.
Same thing occurs with a new timer and with stored preset (doesn't save the command with the preset).
Thank you in advance for an excellent tool in everyday workflow.
