Bug Description

Bug Description:
The css in win7 IE8 seems to be all over the place. On the login screen everything is transposed to the left bug 583830 and once logged in it is either transposed left or right.

OS:
32bit WIN7 starter

Browser:
IE 8.0.7600.16385

Problem URL:
https://login.staging.ubuntu.com (logged in)

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto https://login.staging.ubuntu.com and login
2. View as things move left or right of the screen rather than being centralised.

Expected Result:
Everything should be nicely centred as it is in all other browsers.
