Bug Description

Using Ubuntu 10.04, clicking on the 'Add' button on the edit account view brings up a dialog with two buttons: 'Add' on the left and 'Cancel' on the right.

Double-clicking on an existing entry to edit it, brings up a similar dialog, but with a 'Cancel' button on the left and the 'OK' button on the right.

This can get very confusing and has often resulted in me clicking on 'Cancel' by accident when editing entries.
