Bug Description
When A4 is fullscreen or maximized (and in general when its window is huge) zoom and drag show a great loss of performance.
Dragging is jerkily, the image is badly refreshed and, overall, its usage is very unpleasant.
Zooming goes slightly better, but it doesn't follow strictly the wheel mouse movement. It tipically keeps zooming after the user has stoppoed using wheel mouse, and the zoom isn't as fluid as it should be.
This is a sort of showstopper, since A4 graphics effects definitely must be very smooth when used in fullscreen (that is the typical usage for a software like this)

This affects all animations.
I've experienced it while navigating test_images/roi.svg with a maximized A4.
