Empty ini file lets the directory crash

Bug Description
The directory loads ini files which are displayed on clicking on tabs (headline) or buttons (text body).
If this file is empty, the directory crashes.
If there is really no content maybe 2 work-arounds are possible:
a) Using headline + text body such as "No content available."
b) Deletin the ini file completely.

Not able to reproduce now, looking at source code it seems this issue is addressed long ago.
