Bug Description

Right clicking the stop button toggles "Stop after selected Track". When the track finishes, exaile crashes. See the attached debug infos.

Expected behaviour: No crashes

I am using the command line parts and x server of ubuntu 10.04 and xfce 4.6.2 compiled by me. All dependecies of the exaile of the ubuntu repository are installed (but not the only suggested hal and python-notify).
The exaile of the ubuntu repository and exaile 0.3.1.2 don't crash.

I'm also getting this bug in the latest from bzr (0.3.2.0+bzr32). I've attached my log of this happening.

I use Ubuntu lucid and version 0.3.2.0 from exaile-devel PPA does crash too after playing the track marked with "Stop after selected track". But as I noticed, the crash only happens when Exaile is minimized into the Notification Area (tray) icon.
Launched from a terminal, it gives some output on crash:

(exaile.py:4913): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_object_get_parent: assertion `GST_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
Segmentation fault

This occasionally happens here, too. It is not 100% reproducible.
The error message I get is the same as asdfgh2091:
** (exaile.py:3948): CRITICAL **: gst_data_queue_pop: assertion `GST_IS_DATA_QUEUE (queue)' failed
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

System specs:
Exaile 0.3.2.0
OS: Fedora 13 x86_64
DE: xfce 4.6.2 (I added this, because asdfgh2091 is using this as well. Might be related to not using gnome?

This no longer happens on bzr trunk -- however there is an exception that occurs instead, so the behavior never gets to happen. I'll look into this.

Changed in exaile:
assignee: nobody → Dustin Spicuzza (dustin-virtualroadside)
milestone: none → 0.3.3.0

I've fixed the spat menu item so it works now, and the crashes you mentioned do not happen. I presume they must have been fixed in trunk somewhere along the way. Let me know if you still see it.
