Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Due to my screen size I'm unable to access some items under GNOME Panel's System -> Preferences -> *. The gnome-panel menu has a scrollbar. They work when I hover over them to scroll down, but when the mouse leaves the scroll bar arrow area the menu snaps back up. That leaves me unable to select the items that were at the bottom of the list.
