Bug Description

There are some bug with the functionality of highlight.
We need make highlighted:
- the TinyMCE text area
- the TinyMCE buttons (insert link, insert image, align, ecc...)
- all the element used into the iframe of TinyMCE
- drag element when we want reorder the documents by folder_contents

Now are fixed:
- the TinyMCE text area
- the TinyMCE buttons (insert link, insert image, align, ecc...)

To be fixed:
- all the element used into the iframe of TinyMCE
- drag element when we want reorder the documents by folder_contents

- tour02: highlight Body Text field
- tour04: remove highlight from "contact xxx" field (3 field)
- tour05: highlight button "disable full screen" of tiny
- tour12: highlight radio "my page" in the popup of selection of a custom view
