Bug Description
It appears that the solar co-ordinates reported by the mouse pointer are incorrect. This is especially apparent when zoomed out a lot, but is also true at EIT's "natural" resolution. They appear to be incorrect at all zoom levels

I'm currently working on restructuring the architecture for the Viewport and TileLayer classes in order to simplify things. Currently the code is a bit too complex in places making it very easy to introduce bugs like this and also bug #332020. Once those changes are complete it will be easy to fix both of these issues.
