my.cnf missing in MariaDB 5.1 rpm's

the MariaDB rpm's here don't create a my.cnf: http://mirror.ourdelta.org/yum/CentOS-MariaDB51/5/x86_64/RPMS/

True enough, there is no sign of any my.cnf in any of the centos packages.

Interestingly, the server is nevertheless able to start, using compiled-in defaults.

Basically, the bakery seems to have no mention of a my.cnf, and apparently `make install` also does not install one.

"Rocksteady" on IRC mentioned this in the .spec which may be related:

%ghost %config(noreplace,missingok) %{_sysconfdir}/my.cnf
