Bug Description

Binary package hint: wifi-radar

I use Wifi-Radar to find my router (Because my wifi card on my laptop tends to take its sweet time) and whenever I close wifi-radar, the menu lags for about 3 seconds and then finally closes.

Linux Katormix 2.6.32-22-generic #33-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 28 13:27:30 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

P.S. Katormix is the name of my laptop. Not distro. :P

I am running Ubuntu Lucid 10.04

Yeah, it'll do that... It seems to be worse if there are many APs nearby as the scanning thread can be busy when one is trying to close WR.

Sorry, an AP is a wireless access point. But, to address your original bug report... I have finally figured out how to speed up the window closing and I will be incorporating the change into the next version of WR. So, thank you for the report. It prompted me to find a workable speed up.
